CIBC First Caribbean Bank in Warrens Specializing in all aspects of Project Development from planning & risk management to creating financial models, sourcing, securing & creating equity financing structures and reviewing and supervising the legal framework & contract management, Fairways has established an enviable track record commencing with the development of the Port St. Charles Marina Residential complex and subsequently the development of a Class A office complex serving as the Regional Headquarters for the now CIBC First Caribbean Bank in Warrens.

Warrens Great House Fairways led the efforts to develop Ionics Freshwater Ltd, which produces 6 million gallons per day of freshwater for Barbados, and has also developed and constructed the master planned residential community at Millennium Heights phases 1 & 2 and renovated and refurbished the Historic Warrens Great House into elegant modern offices. Other projects include a build to suit complex for PriceSmart, & a Public/Private partnership BOO with the GOB for the SBRC Solid Waste Transfer Station.

Currently Fairways is involved with in a Joint Venture Partnership with Barbados Tourism Investment Inc to develop a luxury tourism & residential development at Harrisons Point, St. Lucy. FDL is also actively involved in Williams Industries major push into the renewable energy business with a 1.4 MW Photovoltaic power system scheduled for 2012.
